First Three Towers Completed At Jumeirah Lake Towers
One of the largest free trade zones in Dubai, Jumeirah Lake Towers will have about 87 towers grouped in 26 clusters. Named as Cluster S, the first cluster, was handed over to the residents over the last weekend. This cluster of three towers is now home to close to 1,500 residents.
Overlooked by the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Center) Authority, Jumeirah Lake Towers provides its residents with prestigious freehold apartments located in the free zone. DMCC’s Executive Chairman, Ahmed Bin Sulayem, said the objective while coming up with the plan for Jumeirah Lake Towers was to development units that could cater to both residents and businesses. The objective is to offer the best lifestyle to its residents and business units in addition to high quality infrastructure and luxurious amenities.
Walkways are being developed and landscaping work is being undertaken at Cluster S which will be the first set of towers to open doors to its residents. At present, Jumeirah Lake Towers is the hub of many national and international firms and also houses the headquarters of the DMCC.
